The two organisations have come together in response to the forthcoming introduction of the Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) legislation by the Government. This is due to be implemented in April of next year however development under the Eco Homes requirements necessitates introduction of SWMP’s with immediate effect. The legislation will be robust, proactively monitored by the Government and will include provision for stringent financial and legal penalties if disregarded.

International Standard Accreditation

In addition we are also able to link the SWMP development process into the associated delivery of a corporate Environmental Management System ultimately accredited to BS8555:2003; the first step on the pathway to full International Standard accreditation of your corporate environmental policy.
