Account Management and Customer Service

Greenstar Account Management and Customer ServiceEssential to the Greenstar approach is a comprehensive management and IT infrastructure, which has had many years of managing complex national multi and single site accounts. Each client account is allocated an Account Manager, supported by Waste Management Advisors.

The Account Manager will oversee the smooth implementation of any new business.  In the first instance this is managed by our experienced ‘Contract Mobilisation Team’ who follow strict procedures to ensure that the client receives a seamless handover.  On completion of the contract mobilisation, all of our clients’ sites receive a Welcome Pack informing them of the change over to Greenstar and supplying a point of contact for service related requirements.

Any service requirements that may then arise are dealt with in a timely and effective manner by a team of Waste Management Advisors based in our Customer Service Centre.  These queries are logged onto our customer specific database, where we record the nature of the query, the time it was received and the resolution. In this way we have the ability to report to our customers the frequency and nature of all enquires received.

The Greenstar Account Manager will be the fundamental link between the Greenstar service and support functions and the clients’ sites.  One key area is to organise review meetings with clients and project manage developments from these meetings.

The Account Manager will undertake site audits to identify:

  • Site familiarisation
  • Future recycling opportunities
  • Equipment Review
  • Client savings
  • Health & Safety issues and risk assessments related to waste and recycling

Greenstar Account Management and Customer ServiceThe Account Manager is supported directly by the Waste Management Advisors. This ensures that the Account Manager’s role does not operate in isolation, and receives constant support from the Customer Services department, who will be fully briefed at all times with the daily requirements of the client.
